Our Mission

Our calling is clear: to raise 45 new pastors within the next two years.
We believe the church grows strong when disciples are equipped, leaders are trained, and pastors are sent out to shepherd God’s people with vision and integrity.

Through intentional discipleship, biblical teaching, and hands-on ministry training, we aim to build leaders who are rooted in Christ, skilled in the Word, and passionate about serving their communities.

Why Discipleship Training?

• Biblical Model – Jesus trained His disciples to become apostles who spread the gospel worldwide.

• Healthy Churches Need Healthy Leaders – A trained pastor leads with wisdom, guards sound doctrine, and cares for the flock.

• Multiplication – Pastors who are discipled will raise new disciples, creating a ripple effect that reaches entire regions.
  

Our Strategy

1. Identify & Call – Recognizing men and women with a heart for ministry.

2. Equip & Teach – Training in Scripture, theology, pastoral care, and leadership.

3. Mentor & Model – Pairing each trainee with experienced pastors for real-life ministry exposure.

4. Send & Support – Commissioning trained pastors to plant, serve, and strengthen churches.
   

Program Goals (2025–2027)

• Year 1: Train and mentor 20 emerging leaders through intensive discipleship tracks.

• Year 2: Graduate and release 25 more pastors fully equipped for ministry.

• Outcome: 45 new pastors ready to lead, plant, and multiply churches.
